BILLING OPTIONS

COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS

We offer additional payment options for our commercial accounts. These options will be spelled out within the commercial bid proposal.

RESIDENTIAL ACCOUNTS

In an effort to keep our costs down, we strongly encourage all our clients to participate in electronic billing. Monthly invoices will be emailed to customer

MONTHLY: Mailed or emailed. This is our standard billing method. Customers are billed at the end of the month for services performed. All are Net 10-15. You may pay through our online billing system or via us mail. We do not charge any extra for this billing method.

PREPAY: Customer may prepay annual maintenance agreement and receive a 5% discount. Full annual balance must be received prior to May 1 to receive discount.

COD: Ala Carte services may require payment in advance for new customers.

8 MONTH BUDGET FRIENDLY: Mailed or emailed. Available to all annual agreements. We help make landscaping services affordable to nearly all budgets. Client may add as many services as needed. Total of all services will be added and divided into 8 equal monthly payments. Minimum service amount $1200.00 year. Since payments are spaced over a period of 8 months, if service is terminated early there will be additional charges added to final bill for services that had already been performed but not yet paid.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

CHECK: Check or money order can be mailed to: Elegant Landscaping PO Box 301 Harborcreek, Pa 16421, or paid at time of service.

CASH: Cash may be accepted at time of service.

ONLINE: Pay using bank account or credit card by clicking the "Pay Bill" button on your electronic invoice. This service is available on electronic invoices only.
